CSAs, or Community Suported Agriculture, is a great way to reduce your carbon footprint while expanding your culinary horizons. When you sign up with a CSA, you typically get an assortment of food from a local provider—choices may range from just vegetables to cheeses, preserves or breads. Some CSAs will deliver; some offer local drop-off points; others might require you to come to the actual farm. Most CSAs require early enrollment, so sign up as soon as possible to make sure you get your top choice.
