Dr. Cliff Andrew will cycle 380 miles along the Chesapeake-Ohio Canal to raise much-needed funds for preservation of natural areas in Anne Arundel County. Ride for the Rivers consists of three 25-100 mile rides in June-August on rural roads along 12 rivers of eastern and western shores of the Chesapeake Bay, culminating in the 4-day 380-mile R4R in late August on the C&O Canal and Great Allegheny Passage from Washington to Pittsburgh. All are welcome to join Dr. Andrew on any of the rides. Consider supporting Dr. Andrew on all 380 miles of his journey. You can make a contribution of $38 for 10 cents per mile, a contribution of $76 for 20 cents per mile, or a contribution of $190 for 50 cents per mile.
